CSC has now entered its late registration phase.  Registration Staff will be responding to requests as quickly as possible, in the order they were received.  Thank you for your patience.  To inquire about availability in our Rec program, please email  Please provide your child's name and birth year to speed the process.

To inquire about possible spaces available and to request an individual tryout for Advanced or Elite teams, please contact Advanced Committee.

Register here in 3 easy steps.

1.  Read CSC Policies: By registering, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by all policies below.

  • By registering, you are agreeing to all CSC Policies.  For more information on the Club to which your child will be considered a member, please see our website's Frequently Asked Questions and Parent Handbook sections.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated.  Receipt of fees paid confirm membership to the Club, and placement on a team.  
  • New players to the Club must present a copy of birth certificate for proof of age to be registered.
  • Medical Release forms shall be submitted to the coach at first practice of the season.
  • CSC uniform kits shall be worn by all players at every game.  Uniform cost is NOT INCLUDED in the registration fees because you do NOT need to order a new uniform each season.  Travel players are also required to purchase the CSC travel warm-up suit and team training jersey.
  • CSC Concussion Policy, in accordance with VYSA, is posted in the CSC Parent Handbook on the website.
  • Photographs may on occassion be posted to the CSC website of teams and players.  Childrens' names will be withheld unless authorized by the parent.  To opt out, email
  • CSC is volunteer-run; all parents are highly encouraged to participate in the fun of making CSC a great place to play soccer.  Contact Parent Representative.  
  • Team requests and special accommodations are honored wherever possible if made before rosters go out to coaches, but cannot be guaranteed, and do not constitute a refund.  Please indicate any request when you register.  
  • A tryout must occur for a player to be accepted and rostered to Advanced and Travel teams.  Contact Advanced Committee to schedule a tryout.

3.  Order your uniform kit (All new members, then as needed):

UPDATE April 2018:  NEW Advanced and Elite uniforms are being ordered for Fall 2018.  CSC BOD has chosen a line of inventory that will last our families till 2022.   

NOTE:  For our HS 3v3 player uniforms, scroll down to the bottom of the Rec uniform section.  

Order CSC uniforms this summer online here, by phone, or in person at Premier Soccer.  Pick it up at the store, or have it delivered to your home (shipping fee applies).   Please allow 3 weeks to ensure delivery by first game.   Jersey numbers are assigned on Advanced and Elite teams (requests honored wherever possible:  check with your coach first); jersey numbers are player's choice for Recreational teams.

 A CSC Rec uniform kit consists of 1 white "Home" jersey, 1 blue "Away" jersey, 1 pair blue shorts, 1 pair blue socks.  An Advanced kit has 1 white "home" jersey, 1 blue "away" jersey, 1 pair blue shorts, 1 pair blue socks.  A travel kit has 1 white "home" jersey, 1 blue "away" jersey, 1 pair blue shorts, and 1 pair blue socks.  Travel players are also required to purchase the CSC Travel warm-up suit and team training jersey.

Fees reflected below are PER SOCCER YEAR, which includes Fall and Spring seasons.  Payment plan is available and set in this format:  50% due upon acceptance to a team, 25% due Aug 25th, 25% due Jan 2.

 UPDATE:  Feb 23, 2018: The 3v3 league for players U15 and up can register until March 9, 2018.  Please proceed to the 3 Registration Steps below.    

To register for Rec, please email Registrar for further instructions.  Please include your child's birth year to speed the process.  Waitlists begin Feb. 10th.

To register for Advanced or Travel, please contact Advanced Committee to inquire about availability and to schedule a tryout first.

UPDATE (Feb 7th)  Due to some members experiencing difficulty while registering, we are extending registration deadline to Friday, Feb. 9th.
